Choosing to work in Dublin for a year, after a few brief contracts with commercial practices, I settled on working with this small practice primarily on a refurbishment project for AIB bank in Dundalk.
The project involved consolidating two branches of the bank in this border town into one main building in the town’s historic Clanbrassil St.
The works included new layouts to the main banking hall and revising the layouts of accommodation over three floors within the building that centred around a large atrium.
I provided a client facing management of the project working with the staff within the branch and at AIB’s property division to create a working scheme that I developed to tender.
