A family inherited cottage in the Cornish village of Mylor Bridge provided the opportunity for redevelopment.

I prepared a survey and site evaluation of the existing property and developed a series of proposals for the site providing cost projections for different schemes. I went on to develop a pre-planning proposal, consulting with the parish council and progressed to secure full planning permission for a terrace of 5 houses on the site.

From July 2017 to September 2018, I oversaw the contract administration (JCT Minor Works), CDM 2015 obligations and the construction of the development to practical completion by a local contractor, and various sub-contractors.
